At Holy Grail New York, we work hard to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered to you as swiftly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase, during regular business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable rates will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. International Shipping
We are proud to ship to customers around the world. Please be aware of the following for international orders:
- Delivery takes up to 7 business days depending on destination
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country — these are not included in our product or shipping prices
- Holy Grail New York is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
6. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure a valid street address is provided at checkout.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Holy Grail New York is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [contact email] — we will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Holy Grail New York is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. 9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact email] with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
