Our Commitment

At Holy Grail New York, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale and clearance items (marked at time of purchase)
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without prior authorization

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at holygrailnewyork@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label
Pack your item securely and ship it back using the method provided

Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Defective or incorrect items:Holy Grail New York will cover the cost of return shipping in full.
Change of mind or other returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment methodwithin 5–10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason and return the item to you.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact email] with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notice:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
Contact your bank directly, as posting delays are common

9. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

10. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
